great idea

  • Excerpt: great storage, light weight, comfortable. little bit cumbersome to figure out how it is supposed to be worn so you can slide it around and have access to your camera. I'm sure with time I will get it down. Old dog...new tricks.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Cumbersome

Great bag for the money

8 April 2015
  • Excerpt: Really well made, lots of space and very practical in accessing everything you need. The only downside is that it can get quite heavy on just one shoulder if loaded with a tripod. I've walked 8 miles on a hike with it and it was killing me.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Heavy

Sleek and Practical

  • Excerpt: I purchased 2 of these bags for my sons to use for their cameras. They are single strap (messenger bag style) which is not easily seen from the picture. They work well for their entry level and advanced amateur level dslrs and their lenses.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment

Great bag, but too small for me

Sheri, B&H Photo
19 January 2015
  • Excerpt: I submitted an earlier review for this, but I wanted to add something to make it more clear: This bag would not fit my 70d with 24-105mm lens attached. This bag will hold the 70d + 24-105mm combo if it's all you carry, but I carry at least 2-3 lenses with me at all times.
  • Pros: Strong Construction
  • Cons: Too Small

Great bag, but too small for me

Sheri, B&H Photo
19 January 2015
  • Excerpt: This bag would not fit my 70d with 24-105 lens attached. I could fit my camera with my small prime lenses fine. Even if I didn't attach the 24-105 and put it instead in one of the other compartments, the lens stuck out up over the top.
  • Pros: Strong Construction
  • Cons: Too Small

Excellent for 1 camera and 1 lens

  • Excerpt: I love this bag for the great sling strap when hiking and traveling . Rides really well , the only problem I faced was carrying my 70-200. To carry it I need to put the camera around my neck which can throw me off balance on some trails. I think for me the 201 will be better.

  • Excerpt: The SlingShot 102aw camera bag is well made and a nice size. The pentax k-3 with 18-135 lens fits nicely in the bag.The 55-300 pentax lens and pentax battery grip also fits in there if you move the dividers.Just wish they would give assorted dividers to make compartments in the bag.Overall I'm quite...

Light and compact

  • Excerpt: This is great alternative to my other big camera bag for a quick day trip. It will force you to bring only what you need, maybe an extra lens and some filters. It will not weight you down.
