  • Excerpt: Holds all of my equipment including a soft-box and a reflector. Pretty big, and the bag itself is a little heavy, but is durable and can hold a lot of equipment.

perfect for my needs

Stan, B&H Photo
25 June 2014
  • Excerpt: Perfect for my needs. Own two cameras (D800E and EM-500), five lenses, two flashes, tripod, small video camera, batteries, battery chargers (Nikon and Olympus), batteries and recharger (NiMH for my flash units), Dell XT3 tablet and charger, and external hard drive, and a kitchen sink (Ha Ha) that I like to travel with. The bag is huge but I would rather have more room than not enough. Interior is adjustable and easy to adjust.
  • Cons: None

"Shazam"

skilsaw, B&H Photo
28 March 2014
  • Excerpt: This bag is big. It carries all my stuff and I still have room for another body and 2 lenses. I think it is too big to get on a plane as carry on luggage so it is mainly just a place to store all my stuff together at home. I very seldom need to take everything with me anyway. It is well built. Regular Lowepro quality construction...
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Lots of room, Quality construction
  • Cons: 2 Big 4 Airplane Carry On, Cumbersome, Heavy

Nice Pack, but NOT FAA Carry-On Approved

RB, B&H Photo
13 March 2014
  • Excerpt: Pack is well constructed and has LOTS of room. The only issue is that it cannot be used as Carry-On luggage. The Description in the Overview on BH site states, "Meets current FAA specifications for carry-on luggage." This claim is not found on the LowePro site. It is not even close. The bag is 56 linear inches. The FAA limit is 45 linear inches. (See FAA web site.) Unfortunately, I have to return this item.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Roomy, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Heavy, Not Faa Carry-on Approved, Not Faa Carry-on Apprvoed

Mega Pack Can Carry the Goods

TJ_Boise, Adorama
4 March 2014
  • Excerpt: Needed a camera pack to carry my gear and not leave anything in the car, this is the beast. Protection from the elements, great padding, computer pocket, plus a water camel pouch, this has it all. At the shooting site I could be faced with conditions where laying my gear on the ground is not the best idea, this pack becomes my workbench. All this and Lowepro quality!
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction, Weather protection
  • Cons: Heavy, Stiff

  • Excerpt: Being a biophotography professor, I needed a large backpack to store and carry my gear. The Pro Trekker 600 AW certainly fitted the bill. Although lightweight, it is durable and has plenty of room. It is just what I need to take into the field and photograph plants, biomes, and critters.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction
