  • Excerpt: I needed a rolling case and I wanted one that I could carry on a plane should I ever need to. The Lowepro Pro Roller x100 case is just that. Small enough to carry on, big enough to hold all my photo making treasures. I was able to fit the following: 1- D600 1- D7100 2- Battery grips 1- Tamron 24-70 2.8 1- Tamron 70-200 2.8 1- Nikkor 105 2.8 1- Sigma 50 1.4 (not the art) 2- Yongnuo Trigger/Receivers 1- Black Rapid Strap 1- SB800

Love Lowepro

  • Excerpt: I have an older Lowepro Photo Backpack and wanted a photo roller case in addition. Although i like the features and the larger capacity of the x200 and x300 niether seem to have good reviews about getting them through airports and on to planes as carry-on's. Some reviews even went on to say you have a 50-50 chance of getting you bag onboard the plane. Wow, seriously? Well the x100 will definitely make it onto the plane.

GREAT VALUE! I love it!

  • Excerpt: first of all, I love Lowepro; it is a great value and extremely well made!. Many of options are available with the velcro separators. The pockets are great for filters and SD cards. It is very sturdy and great for flying-- the extra pocket for a laptop-- is also a sturdy part of the roller. The fact that it also has a reserve pack to use as a backpack? means this is my primary camera bag from now on! cannot say enough about this product!
  • Pros: Compact, Durable, Lightweight

Great Bag for My Micro 4/3 Travel Needs

Geoff, B&H Photo
4 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I use a micro 4/3 set up and if I need to travel with all my gear, this is the bag I use. I am able to carry my Olympus EP-5 and Olympus OMD EM-1 as well as the Olympus 12-40mm Pro Lens, Olympus 17mm, Olympus 25mm, Olympus 45mm, Olympus 75mm, my RODE Video Mic as well as a bunch of other accessories (filters, batteries, power cords, etc). It is solidly built, all weather and I like the fact that it is a bag within a bag.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy to Use

Best Bag ever

Christin, B&H Photo
29 May 2014
  • Excerpt: I absolutely love this bag. It's very durable and you can throw it easily in an overhead compartment without the fear of destroying your gear. I also love the backpack option but it gets VERY heavy to carry on your back once all of the equipment is in there. But I did find that I could carry the backpack and then put all of my clothes into the other compartment and wheel that around.
  • Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use
  • Cons: Heavy When Full

Excellent case- simplifies travel

Dr. Jeff, B&H Photo
26 February 2014
  • Excerpt: This is my second roller bag and by far, it is the best. I carry a d7000 body, 2 lenses, 2 flashes, a video light, flash bracket, and other "goodlies" like batteries and chargers, and everything fits perfectly and safely. Lowepro did an exceptional job of making this a very flexible unit starting with the interior panels (unlike other brands, these really keep the components securely positioned), the very flexible tripod holder, and the TSA-approved lock.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction, Versitile

Excellent for many reasons!

  • Excerpt: I've finally broke down and bought a wheeled camera case because after doing 10 weddings this year, I was tired (and my assistant was tired) of lugging around two camera bags. THis has the great insert so if you can't wheel it, you can back pack it!

Roller X100 compare dto X200

Ray T., B&H Photo
24 October 2013
  • Excerpt: I recently got a Lowepro x200 Roller bag and used it on a trip to South Africa and while the bag met my need very well I found that it just barely went into the overhead ben on the flights. I had two pro bodies in it and a Nikon 80-400 a 70 -200 24-70 and a 2X and 1.4X extenders charger for both the Nikon D3x and D4 (shame on Nikon for requiring different chargers)a flash and memory cards.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction

Phenomenal, but Pricy

Robert, B&H Photo
1 May 2013
  • Excerpt: I bought this carryall for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She is starting her own photography business. It was a great gift that will see so much use it's ridiculous. The only thing I have an issue with is the lock, followed the instructions and it still didn't work. I have to figure out how to get it open now, but luckily we just locked it to itself, and not through the zippers. Great product otherwise. CON: Way too expensive!
