I Love This Bag!

Wild Ride Photographer, B&H Photo
20 August 2012
  • Excerpt: After using my X100 for a while now, I've decided it's time to write a review. The bag was actually a little smaller than I expected but despite its smaller size, it holds everything I need... And then some! The depth of the bag is perfect for my pro body cameras or even the 7D with a grip attached! I take short trips all around California and Nevada shooting events and have never had a problem stowing the bag in an overhead, even on smaller "prop-job" aircraft.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy, Strong Construction

Workhorse camera bag

  • Excerpt: I have been using this for professional work for over a year now. I pack it to the hilt (50lbs++) and have wheeled it countless miles through New York City on over 200 assignments. It's been a remarkable workhorse for me and is one of the best investments I have made in the past five years. The built-in cable lock comes in handy regularly. No seams have frayed. It is very well padded. The handle is relatively strong.
  • Pros: Durable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Replaceable wheels, Strong Construction

It works.

  • Excerpt: I got two camera bodies, six lenses, two speedlights and some odds and ends into a carryon-sized case. I'm happy. I gave it four stars instead of five because it won't hold my 17-inch laptop as well, but maybe that is asking a little too much.

Solves a problem

  • Excerpt: I'm a photo backpack user, but do not like going through airports with the bag on my back. Carrying a backpack over the shoulder with a strap is frankly heavy, considering my gate is always at the very end of the airport terminal. So,here's a pack that I can roll and not carry, but at destination have a backpack. Since the backpack in the Pro Roller 100 is small, I have to limit the gear selection to the bare essentials. Will fit into most luggage bins in aircraft.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction

99% Perfection

Paul, B&H Photo
12 January 2012
  • Excerpt: My chief complaint is the lack of an all weather rain cover either built in or available as an accessory. The size is perfect for most all small travel shoots. The take-out backpack is not the most comfortable but for short runs is great. Stows away well and rolls along the city streets with ease.

Excellent roller

SarahK, B&H Photo
28 September 2011
  • Excerpt: I am a wedding photographer, wanted to move away from the shoulder bag I was using. This is a smooth rolling bag with snug compartments for the lenses and gear. I do think that the photo isn't quite accurate--the bag seems smaller than the photo suggests. I probably should have gone with one size up, but I am still very pleased with the bag!
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Too Small

Extremely helpful and easy.

Caio Ferreira, B&H Photo
21 September 2011
  • Excerpt: It's simples, and easy to use. Have many important features I've never seen on any other camera bag. So many compartments, I even use to transport some of my profoto heads. I have seen some real strong finishings, like rubbed zippers and thicker cloth material... Anyway, it's perfect for my daily routine.
  • Pros: Big space, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Practical for caring, Roomy
  • Cons: Could be stronger

Good Travel Case

Sakurasansei, B&H Photo
5 August 2011
  • Excerpt: Not a field case, but great for organizing and packing gear for an extended trip. Very compact. I only travel with three lenses so it worked for me. It may be too small for someone who wants to pack more lenses with all of their filters and other gear.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Heavy
