Nice bag but not for me

  • Excerpt: I normally use a lowepro back pack but brought this to use for some event photography that I do. I thought a satchel should be easier to move through crowds with. This somehow doesn't hold all my equipment I need (5d2 with 17-40, 70-200, flash, accessories. but at the same time it is quite bulky. It would be perfect for holidays and walking around cities where you need to also carry a jacket lunch etc especially if you don't change lenses too often.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Room For Non Camera Items, Roomy
  • Cons: Bulky, Not Enough Padded Space, Too Small

Ultimately too small for DSLR

  • Excerpt: I got this bag based on some very nice reviews and because of how it looks. I really did want to like it, but when used in practice, it wasn't completely without faults. The cushion padding are not equally measured - it's a trapezoid in shape with one side more narrow than the other. I can only assume this was to keep the bag in this shape. Which made it hard to fit my 6D w/ 24-105 attached.
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Casual Look, Casual Looks, Comfortable, Form Factor, Multiple Use
  • Cons: Cumbersome, Good For Smaller Cameras, Hard To Access Equipment, Too Small

Smaller than it looks

  • Excerpt: I had hoped to use this bag on an upcoming trip, packing my Canon t2i plus extra lens and iPad, but the iPad will not fit inside this bag with the camera inside the padded compartment. I opened the extra space, but without stressing the zipper ALOT it will not close with the iPad inside. But it is great to carry the camera, extra lens, cords, and wallet, etc. to the office and back.

wanted to love it

  • Excerpt: I thought this bag looked amazing on paper. In person, though, it didn't seem as convenient as I had hoped. In particular, when unzipped the flaps get in the way of taking the camera out. I also wasn't thrilled with the idea of the exposed zipper being dragged across my camera. So, great concept, but the execution didn't quite work for me.

Great with a few annoying flaws

  • Excerpt: This bag is great, with a few annoying flaws. The padded portion is a bit small. I can fit my camera body with attached 18-135 lens, additional fish eye lens, and a flash in the bag along with my wallet and a few other essential items, But only the camera with attached lens fits in the padded portion. The bag also lacks any kind of a handle. I read this in a few reviews and didn't think it would matter, but it really does!
  • Pros: Adjustable Harness, Comfortable, Strong Construction
  • Cons: No handle, Not enough padding

fashionable camera bag

14 February 2012
  • Excerpt: A light weight bag that does not look like a camera bag. Does not have a lot of room. is OK for smaller DSLR with short lens. But with a camera inside there is not much room left for misc.things. The zipper for the expandable pocket is not sewn in well. Have to force zipper past point of obstruction. Also zipper does not close completely when zipped to the closed position. Am returning it for exchange.

usefull & stylish

  • Excerpt: Doing event photog/film, i had to upgrade to a larger sling. This bad boy serves its purpose superbly mediocre!! Whilst it was designed to be a ninja traveler slingy slingy, for events where you NEED to be able to access the innards in seconds,... well... this sling fails. The strap is too hard, the pad on the strap ... is it even a pad? and the compartment access only JUST fits a DSLR with a decent lens. .

Small

Celesta, B&H Photo
23 March 2011
  • Excerpt: The bag has a padded insert with one removable separator. The insert is small, it will not fit more than one body with one attached or detached lens. I could not fit a Canon 7D with 70-200mm lengthwise, had to put it with lens facing up which makes it harder to pull the camera out. Also taking it out and placing it back would have been a cumbersome process, because the insert is placed in the bag's corner where a part of it is behind the zip.
  • Pros: Discreet
  • Cons: Hard To Access Equipment, Thin, Too Small
