Don't use in the rain

  • Excerpt: The uncovered zipper is not even slightly water-resistant. I got caught in a rain shower with my 7D inside this bag, and the camera quit working for a full day, until it had thoroughly dried out. Its outside pockets do not even have flaps over them, which risks items falling out when setting the bag down. Also, its banana shape fits around neck and back nicely, but camera gear is not that shape and does not fit inside very well.
  • Pros: Comfortable
  • Cons: Hard To Access Equipment

A disappointment

  • Excerpt: After reading the many positive reviews, I placed my order for the Passport Sling. I should have heeded the advice of those who described how small the bag is for their gear. I shoot with a Canon7D and usually carry a 24-70 mm, a 50 mm and a flash. I could not close the bag with the 24-70 attached to the camera body.
  • Pros: Ideal for small gear
  • Cons: Hard To Access Equipment, Too Small, Uncomfortable strap fit

  • Excerpt: Looks really cute and I was excited to get it, but too small for a bigger SLR. I was going to send it back, but may keep it and use it as a purse or for small electronics (point and shoot, etc). Great idea and concept, was really looking for a bag I could put my camera in with lense attached and whip out and shoot (like the video ad) but can't even fit body in padded area. I suppose I could use it without pads, but then what's the point.
  • Pros: Cute
  • Cons: Too Small
