Nice case with plenty of room

7 May 2008
  • Summary: I have carried this case pretty much daily for work use and so far it has held up nicely. (Over 3 weeks) Will see how it does over the long haul. I like the pouch in the back of the case, just big enough to carry a couple of magazines too. Internal space is huge, and you can pack pretty much everything in here, including another camera body. With creative packing, you can fit quite a few lenses in as well, along with all the small bits.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction

The Best so Far

Brennon, B&H Photo
18 April 2008
  • Summary: I have bought 4 bags over a 2 year period and this is the best so far. I wish that I would have started with something like this to begin with. If are starting out buy this first. Don't waste your money on a smaller bag or a cheaper one. You will find that over the next year you will buy more gear and will need a place to put it.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded
  • Cons: Waist strap sold sep

good for small DSLRs

Phil, B&H Photo
10 April 2008
  • Summary: The flap is a nice design feature as are the belt loops (great with a non-LowePro belt). Good value for the money. Important to realize that the bag at under 6 inches in depth is too small for many DSLRs to fit sideways and these takes up space and access to lenses on either side.
  • Pros: Belt loops, Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded
  • Cons: Tight for pro DSLR
