Summary: This is a well made bag. The material used feels like it will last a lifetime and it comes with a weatherproof built in rain cover. That's perfect for my new Pentax weather resistant K7. It is the perfect size for my K7 with 18-55mm kit lens, my 55-300mm zoom lens,a Sigma 30mm prime, flash unit, charger along with various cleaning accessories. I would say if I were to purchase more lenses I would have to purchase a larger bag.
Summary: I own a Nikon D90 with a 18-200mm DX lens, 50mm F1.8, SB-600 flash and various accessories, and was looking for a sturdy and well-built bag. I had owned a no-name $20 bag I had purchased through an online retailer, and it began falling apart a few months later. That is when I decided that I could not risk damage to my precious and expensive gear, so I decided to invest in a better camera bag. After much research on the web, I settled on the Lowepro Nova 190AW.
Summary: I bought this bag to serve as my main slr camera bag. I wanted to be able to store all my camera equipment in here and then take out the camera and lenses I want for the day in place in my fastpack. I looked for weeks at alot of different bags, and got this one because of large amount of storage, it's lightweight, ALL WEATHER (has a built in rain cover which is nice, because you won't lose it since it is sewn in), and it fully ZIPS closed.
Summary: Disregard the "cheaper design" comments, Lowepro still makes good camera bags. And I think this is an almost ideal size for a camera bag. The way I have it laid out, the main compartment carries a Rebel XT with battery grip with Sigma 18-200mm lens attached, flash, Canon 50mm lens, Sigma 10-20mm lens, Pentax ME Super, plus an extra lens for that as well as a little stockpile of film. More than enough for most outings.
Summary: By reconfiguring the deviders, I am able to fit my Nikon D90 in with the 70-300mm lens attached, and still have room for a couple more lenses and a small point and shoot. Plenty of pockets for cards and filters. Good construction and the top completely covers the bag for weather protection. The shoulder strap is curved and comfortable. Lowepro has the best bags for the money and B&H has a great selection.
Summary: The Nova 190 is compact yet roomy enough for my Panasonic DMC-FZ50, Pentax ZX5-N, a digital light meter, 3 Singh-Ray filters, two folding packets of various screw-on filters, a remote switch, battery charger and spare battery, black cloth, memory cards and an outside pocket for a water bottle. The Nova 190 shoulder bag has a quick release buckle to access my gear and has a feature to seal the entire bag against dust and moisture. A cinch to carry and use in the field.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Summary: I purchased it yesterday while checking the bag specifications, I was not sure that it has a all weather cover. I found it by opening zipper below the upper cover. It is specious to carry my Nikon SLR D5100 alongwith lenses 55-200, 18-55, 18-105 with lens hood, one additional lens hood, additional battery & charger, 3 additional memory cards, two lenses filters, cleaning brush, and even has sufficient space for my future planned macro lens some small accessories.
Summary: I’ve owned the Lowepro Nova 190 AW camera bag for over 2 months now and I’m glad I choose it. I invested in the bag due to my requirements. Looking at the Lowepro camera bags available at the time of buying I wanted to get a balance between the size of the bag in terms of portability and what kit I could fit in it.
