Excerpt: I got this bag to downsize and use for when I can't, or don't want to, take all of the gear in my backpack. It'll nicely hold 1 DSLR with battery grip and 2 or 3 lenses depending on their sizes. There are a ton of padded dividers included that you can configure al kinds of ways. But, unless you're storing your gear in this bag for long durations, you'll only use a few of those dividers because it would be impractical for everyday use to configure it like some of the...
Excerpt: I have one dx body with lens, three additional lenses, and a few small accessories in the main compartment. Like all PowePro products, it is very well made, however, it does not hold as much as its product description suggests it might. The equipment I have in it barely fit, and it's a struggle to get a lens out. The Velcro strips stitched into the walls of the main compartment do not allow sufficiently flexible placement of the dividers.
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Cons: Hard To Access Equipment, Not Quite Enough Space Fo
Excerpt: Needed a good all-around bag for light duty Pro daily carry to replace a large and heavy duty bag that I get tired of lugging. I often pack my D300 with Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 and 70-200 f/2.8 and two flash units. My big bag is great for that. This Nova 190 will hold all of that stuff too, except the lid bulges up from the telephoto (9 3/8-inches long) placed in the vertical position.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Good strap, Large Internal Space, Lightweight, Not Toooo Complicated, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Cons: Outer Pocket Is Small, Side Pockets Are Mesh
Excerpt: This is a very sturdy, well-cushioned bag. The built in rain cover is one of the main reasons I bought it. the bag comes with plenty of customizable dividers. However, you really don't get much of a choice of how to put your camera into it, it pretty much has to sit in there like a toploader bag, which makes it difficult to get the camera in and out. the bag is almost too narrow for a 5d, bigger pro-bodied cameras might not fit so well inside.
Excerpt: The bag doesnt come with flexible layout options.. yes the interior can be arranged in lots of different ways but its limited.. the position of "loops" of hook'n loops on the interior walls are pre-thought for you which I dont like.. Wish it was all smooth loops covered inside like my smaller Kata bag - which would have had let me design my own way with infinite options. This is just a transport bag for me.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded
Excerpt: This is another well made Lowepro product. I have used a Nova 4 for years with my Pentax K1000 outfit. I ordered this bag for use with my new D80 kit and expected future lens purchases. The accessory pocket is not as roomy as the NoDrop pocket on the old Nova 4 and will not work for me. For this reason, I returned the Nova 190. I will probably order a Nova 4 or Nova 5 if I can find one in stock.
