  • Excerpt: I wasn't sure which size to buy (400 or 650) so I went with the big one. It's a bit big for me but I intend to buy more gear so it's not a bad thing. Here's a list of the gear I fit in it with lots of room to spare (all Canon gear): - 6D Camera Body - 24-105 f/4.0L - 17-40 f/4.0L - 50 f/1.4 USM - 100 f/2.8L IS USM Macro - 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS USM - 580EX Flash - 430EX II Flash - ST-E2 Speedlite Transmitter It can still easily fit a 70-200 f/2.8L IS II USM, another...

Bigger is Better!!

Adorama
6 February 2013
  • Excerpt: As some of the comments have said... This is a really large camera bag!! I don't plan to use the shoulder strap to carry a fully loaded bag for long distances but it is there in case. I"m able to fit the following into the main compartment. A D4/D700 with 24-70 and 70-200mm, 105mm,20mm,35mm,50mm,85mm,16-35mm,3-SB900. The external storage areas can be loaded with memory cards, filters, cleaners, etc. However, it can get heavy if fully loaded.

I'm Delighted

  • Excerpt: In spite of the negative comments, I am very pleased by the size and overall quality of this bag. I don't intend to go hiking in the woods with it. Rather, I bought it so that I could throw everything easily in the car without having to gather up a bunch of separate containers. Right now, it's holding my Canon D50 plus five Canon lenses (including one on the camera). All the lenses, including the 300 mm f4L, fit vertically, since I'm not using the included laptop case.

  • Excerpt: This is a huge bag. Holds all my gear,D300S and Nikkor 18-200, Sigma 10-20, Nikkor 85D, Nikkor 60D Micro, Nikkor 35G, Nikkor 105 Micro. Also with vertical grip attached to camera. Also a Nikon P7100 in its own case is inside this bag. Plus all accessories. Very well built. Will last a lifetime. But very heavy with all my gear, but I expected that.

Big and holds nearly all my stuff

Nature Man, B&H Photo
16 January 2012
  • Excerpt: When going out to photograph nature I was carrying several bags to the car and hoping I had not forgotten a lens or adapter that I would want later. Now I keep all the small stuff such as extra cards, lens adapters, two Nikon full framer cameras with GPS, remote and lens (one a 24-70 and the other a 70-200mm) attached plus an ipad in a side pocket, extra batteries, flash with cord, etc. Thus I can grab my tripod the big bag and go.

BIG & EASY

Judge, B&H Photo
19 December 2011
  • Excerpt: I recently took my Magnum 650 AW Lowepro camera bag to Africa on a photographic safare. It held my Nikon D7000, 4 lenses including a 150-500mm telephoto, several accessories, and has a lot of pockets to hold a lot of other goodies. Its' design kept out the dust and still gave me quick access to my lenses for quick changes.

Excellent Bag, but too big as carry-on

6 October 2011
  • Excerpt: This is a fantastic bag - build quality is top notch, the various moveable compartments are fantastic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it were slightly flatter and not as tall - that would make it fit in the overhead compartment on airplanes...as it is i think i'll need to buy another bag for that purpose which is a shame. But that aside, as a bag, this is excellent.
