Summary: Perfect size for my HV30 and an assortment of accessories. Holds a couple of tapes, charger, batteries, camera, WA lens, and filters. Great bag to pack on an outing as it's small enough not to be in the way. Those desiring a full kit with mics and such should look for a larger bag.
Summary: I also have the previous model of the 140, and the new model has done away with the fold over flap. I never really liked that one feature as the velcro didn't seem to hold it in place very well. This is a perfect size bag. Big enough to carry my HV-30, a W/A lens, battery charger and 2 extra batteries and at least a half dozen tapes. It is small enough though,to not be a pain to carry around.
Pros: Lots of Compartments, Strong Construction, Stylish, Well Padded
Summary: The B&H recommended case for the Canon HV30 was the Lowepro Clips 110 case. I decided to go few sizes bigger, and ordered the Clips 140. Now that I have the camcorder and the case, the 110 would probably have been fine (for limited extra things), but I always like to have a little more room for 'stuff'. I'm a long time Lowepro owner, so I knew the case would be fine. And I was right. A very nice case.
Pros: Lots of Compartments, Strong Construction, Well Padded
