Summary: I use this bag for my Nikon D80 with the current 105mm lens on it. Have seen other reviews fitting the 200mm lens with this bag. This bag has enable me to carry my Nikon camera everywhere easily as I sling it around my shoulder knowing there is a good amount of padding around the bag. Great bag for the price when I bough this a while back < $30.
Summary: The bag is good quality and water resistant. It snugly fits my Nikon D90 with the 18mm - 105mm Lens and neck strap attached. It works but I would have preferred a slightly larger interior. It's a great portable bag to carry around and flips open from the top so you can have access to the camera quickly. It fits an extra memory card and battery in the little pocket inside the top lid. I wish there was an extra pocket on the outside for other accessories.
High Quality Bag for DSLR - lightweight very nice padding
17 January 2010
Summary: I bought this as the first dedicated camera bag for my Nikon D5000 - with most any lens (from 18-55 or 18-250) this case will hold it and is VERY well padded. It also has room for a fav lens filter or two plus a battery/spare battery. Don't get me wrong - this is not going to cary all of your gear but if you know what you're generally going to take with you this is a strong candidate. I'm very pleased with the quality and portability not to mention the extra safety.
Summary: Well, let me start by saying that the actual case is very good and has excellent padding, so no complains there. The reason I gave this a 3 star is because it did not meet my specific requirements. I have a Nikon D90 and 35mm lens and also did have an old Lowepro case which fit both, along with additional space for lens cap and cords. I got another 55-200mm lens and was looking for some case to accomodate all three.
Summary: A great size case for D40. I am using it a lot. It is light, and easy to cary around, protecting the camera and the lense. I do recomment this for the 70-300mm and smaller lenses. Even thou there is room when I have smaller lenses, it is great as it fits all sizes... Just love it... for the quality and price!!! I do recommend this size, compared to the shorter one. Is better to have more room, then compress the lenses and the camera...
Summary: I was looking for a one stop case for my Nikon D90 + 18-200mm lens. I have seen conflicting reviews on whether the case is long enough for the above combination. And the verdict: yes, it is large/long enough to fit D90+18-200mm lens. And has a pocket for a memory card or two. And it can fit (barely) the standard lens hood. Drawbacks: Would have liked an extrenal zippered compartment.
Summary: Compact travel holster, fits the D90 with kit lens. Made from great material but could have been better with more useful compartments. Needs a little more padding on the lower-end where the lens rests.
Summary: It fits Canon T1i okay. I'd like to have a little more room at the top of the bag, for a camera strap. Camera is well protected inside. Don't like how the bag sits/hangs on the belt. Don't look attractive (might be a positive thing).
Summary: I had been looking for a camera case to hold my Nikon D90 + 18-70MM lens and this Lowepro bag was the perfect solution for me. It easily fit my camera with the lens attached and with room to spare for the neck strap. I never feel like the camera is going to break when I'm carrying it inside this bag. It also has a small pocket on the inside of the flap that will allow you to hold a few extra SD cards. Overall, I love this bag and I take it practically everywhere with me.
Summary: I used it for a Nikon D90 with the 18-105mm kit lens installed. At first the case seemed to be too small, but once I adjusted the velcro straps it fit perfectly. It holds the camera snugly and has plenty of padding. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap but I prefer to attach it to a belt. On a belt it seems heavy and awkward at first, but I quickly got used to it.
