Excellent quality!

Vicki L., Adorama
18 June 2013
  • Excerpt: Lots of useful pockets! And it doesn't shout CAMERA BAG -- which is what I want as I carry it (with camera) in lieu of a purse.
  • Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Use, Lightweight, Professional Quality

Excellent shoulder bag for M43!!!

Tony, B&H Photo
10 April 2013
  • Excerpt: I have an OMD with a 25mm 1.4, 45mm 1.8, 45-150mm and still have enough room for an external flash, a small lens or a pancake lens and filters. This bag is stealth, not too big, not too small..just the perfect size. I like the ballistic nylon looks and I do get a lot of praises with this bag, people asked me...where did you get this bag??? The belt loop behind the bag, it's a great use because I can fit my table top tripod.
  • Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Use, Highly Compatible, Lightweight, Professional Quality

Does what it's supposed to do

28 June 2012
  • Excerpt: I quite like this bag. The material is durable, the strap is sturdy and grippy...but can be flipped over if it annoys me. Fits my E-M5 with PL25 attached, a zoom lens, and a flash. My only (minor) gripe is that the velcro on the main flap isn't placed in the most optimal position, but not a big deal.
  • Pros: Good strap, Lightweight, Padded on all sides, SIZE
  • Cons: Velcro

at last, perfect M-system bag!

25 March 2012
  • Excerpt: I wrote a glowing review for the Domke F-5XB, and my only real gripe was that they did not pad the ends (I wasn't the only one complaining). Then - Voila! I discovered this bag, with ends nicely padded, heavy-duty nylon instead of canvas, an extra pocket in the back, and the exact same weight and dimensions as the F-5XB! My hat is off to Domke for listening to their customers' complaints, and making a great product essentially perfect.
  • Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Use, Highly Compatible, Improves Performance, Lightweight, Professional Quality

Perfect bag for 2 Leica M systems

  • Excerpt: Two Leica M cameras with lenses and all essential accessories fit within this bag ready for action. The bag is compact, well padded and durable. It is my second Domke 5XB and my original one is still in use, also packed with cameras ready for action. I use 5 Domke bags for my photographic gear. I have no complaints about this bag.

Discreet and water resistant

JR, B&H Photo
4 April 2011
  • Excerpt: I just returned from a week in rainy Portland, Oregon, and this little bag kept my equipment bone dry. It is durable and discreet and relatively easy to get in and out of. If I had to buy this bag again I would go for the next larger size. I carry a rangefinder camera, 2 lenses and a light meter and there is not much space left over for extra film, which was a hinderance but I learned to work with it.
  • Pros: Compact Design, Professional Quality, Water Resistant
  • Cons: Slightly too small

Tell Wee Man I Found His Camera Bag

Hollis, B&H Photo
31 January 2011
  • Excerpt: I found this bag a little too small for my taste although I was very pleased with the construction and quality. I'm 6'1 1 1/2" and 160 lbs and the bag looked disproportionately small when slung over my shoulder so I exchanged it for the larger J-5XC which I hope I will be pleased with. I would use caution when associating "Medium" with this bag; I think "Small" is much more accurate.
  • Pros: Construction, Quality
  • Cons: Too small
