A perfect carry all

James, B&H Photo
 • Excerpt: I've been looking for a low profile bag to carry lenses while shooting, and this bag works very well. It's extremely sturdy and solid, lots of pockets, and larger than I expected. While on a shoot I can carry a Sigma 24-70, SB-700, and my D7000 with a Sigma 70-200 attached. There is also plenty of pockets that keep batteries, SD cards, lens caps, model release forms and business cards handy. The only fault I can find is the lack of a padded shoulder strap.
 • Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use, Lots of Pockets
 • Cons: No Padded Strap

another great domke bag

 • Excerpt: This is my second domke bag, i got this one with the tenba insert. it's great for my camera body and two lenses plus accessories. I also use it as a briefcase, i'll take out the camera stuff and the insert and it goes to work with me, holding files, a laptop or ipad and other work related things. The canvas material is thick and tough, it's brand new now, i'm thinking it'll get softer after it gets broken in a little.
 • Pros: Comfortable Strap, Durable, Good Protection, Lightweight

This bag is The One.

 • Excerpt: I have dragged this bag all over North and Central America. It's been rained on, splashed with mud, snowed on, overloaded, stuffed under airline seats, thrown in the backs of vans, and asked to carry everything from cameras to laptop computers and hard drives, books, and clothing. Sometimes all at once. I've made overnight trips with just this single bag from time to time.

If you pack it right, the protection is just fine.
 • Pros: Comfortable Strap, Compact, Durable, Good Protection, Lightweight

Outstanding!!!

 • Excerpt: This is just one of the best camera bags I have ever owned. The material is top drawer and is quite thick. The stitching and overall build quality is really nice too. That being said, in terms of function, it excels quite nicely.I recommend the Tenba Pro Digital 2 Photo Insert for this bag as this particular bag does not come with any inserts.I fit the following camera/accessories into this bag. It fits like a glove!

Not the dream bag described

Tanya, B&H Photo
23 January 2013
 • Excerpt: I bought this bag largely on the reviews but it's not quite the perfect bag expressed here. The lack of padding is unnerving, and though reporters said they did not hurt their equipment using it, I put some small padding on the bottom from some extra velcro pads I've had kicking around from other equipment bags. I bought a little napkin size ''accessory'' that worked terrible when wrapped around equipment but serves as an nice insert for the main compartment.
 • Pros: Durable, Nicely Fits Against Body
 • Cons: Clasp Bites Your Fingers, Inadequate Protection, Not Enough Pocket Room

Simply perfect bag

 • Excerpt: Had this bag in Caucasus mountains, with 40 or 50 rolls of film, two rangefinder camera bodies with 50mm and 35mm lenses plus one additional wideangle lens. I used waterprotection spray and bag started to be super waterproof. In bag was still place for book, maps, gps, additional batteries and etc.
I wish to have the same bag but with all metal strap holders and more durable bottom side.
All the best and good luck on your way.

Perfect bag--finally

Lester the academic, B&H Photo

 • Excerpt: I have a dozen or so bags, but I hit a home run with the 802--finally. With the Pro digital 2 photo insert, I carry around my camera and have room for daily papers, iPad or macbook, with room to spare. Every day someone comments on my cool looking bag (in sand color). I bought a national geographic pad for the strap (ng 7300)to make it slightly more comfortable, although I really didn't need it, but it was only [$]bucks.

The ideal general purpose gear tote

Zidar, B&H Photo
26 November 2012
 • Excerpt: This is my everyday gear tote. Normally I carry a 5D III with 24-105, a Marantz digital audio recorder, my ID for the Dutch Harbor docks, iPhone, batteries, and maybe a MacBook Pro. If I'm doing something that requires a long lens I've got space for a 300 f4 or a 70-200 zoom. And there's still plenty of space for anything extra I might need, such as a blitz or a film Leica with wide lens.
