Sometimes smaller is better

Stan, B&H Photo
6 July 2015
  • Excerpt: I wanted a small, "incognito" shoulder bag for my mirrorless Sony A7ii, plus one extra lens. With Domke F-5XB, it is exactly what I got. It is small but well padded, elegant but doesn't scream "expensive camera gear inside". In short, it is virtually perfect.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Incognito Look, Lightweight, Well Padded

Small Bag but works for Micr0 4/3's Gear

  • Excerpt: Excellent fit an finish. It feels like its built to last. I was surprised at the size of the bag. Its quite small. I don't think this would comfortably fit APSC or Full Frame gear. It would work but it would be way too cramped and hard to manage storage and removal of equipment.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Optional Shoulder Pad, Poor Padding

Great gift

29 June 2015
  • Excerpt: Gave it to my partner who is an avid photographer. It was great for environments where he didn't want to attract attention by bringing a camera. It was also a reasonable size--small and compact but fits just enough. Not the best if you need multiple lenses.
  • Pros: Lightweight, Strong Construction

"Don't judge a book by its cover"

  • Excerpt: The size is perfect for 3 leicas with lenses attached. Very durable, love the bag for daily use. 1 downside for this specific option of the F-5XB is that when it's gets hot - you start to fill the wax on your hands (and i personally hate it) and the equipment.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded
  • Cons: Destroying Camera Paint, Wax Bad In Hot Weather

Solid

16 June 2015
  • Excerpt: This is a great bag - sturdy and handsome. It is slightly small and not the kind of bag that I will grow into. It fits my gear perfectly now, but I know as my kit grows, I'll have to get another bag. I also tried on the Domke F6 which was a little bit too large for my needs.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Not Enough Pockets

Fantastic Bag!

  • Excerpt: I needed a smaller bag for day use and the size was perfect for my needs. I carry a small digital point and shoot in a case, a 35mm SLR or 35mm rangefinder with a small prime lens, one other small lens, small tripod, and two rolls of film.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction, Well Padded

Great lil' bag

  • Excerpt: First off, I gotta admit that I bought this bag based on the photos I saw and didn't check the spec for the actual size. I was hoping to pick up a small bag as a light walk around bag that can hold my favourite prime lenses and this bag is perfect for that. However, I'm not a small dude..
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Makes You Look Fatter

WELL BUILT - DOESN'T SHOUT CAMARA STUFF INSIDE

Swedish pilot, B&H Photo
5 May 2015
  • Excerpt: One of the few camera bags that fit the Fujifilm E-X2 camera with kit lens and a few accessories. It even has room for another lens when I get some extra change to spend. Very well made, equipment is accessible and should last a long, long time.
  • Pros: Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded
