Slick bag

KS21, B&H Photo
  • Excerpt: I have used billingham 225 and kata backpack. This is the smallest and lightest bag in my lineup, for casual photo taking day. Just one camera mounted with standard zoom lens and extra lens will be in there, mostly. If necessary, there is still room for another lens or flash. Also, side pockets are great. Last, its design with rugged wear is just awesome.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight
  • Cons: Poor Padding

Great Bag

  • Excerpt: I have the Domke F-2 that I use mainly to store gear and really like it. I wanted something a little smaller for a walk around bag. Decided to go with the Domke F-3X. I like the way it molds to your body while carrying it. It's a bag that you can load up with good amount of gear but it will also collapse down with less gear.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction

  • Excerpt: I use the Domke F-3X as my main camera bag when in the field shooting. It is well constructed and very comfortable to carry. I do not see any drawbacks to this bag. Only Advise would be is to be sure you understand this is design for one Pro Camera body, 2 lenses and a flash.
  • Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use

Perfect Bag for Me

Seriouslyserious, B&H Photo
3 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I have researched long and hard to find the right bag to fit my kit. I have owned a bulky cumpler 7MDH for a couple of years and finally decided to get the infamous Domke. I shoot with 2 big primes on a Nikon Df body. I wanted something easy to work out of and also wanted to be able to pack a lot of items when needed.

Super Duper Bag .. at last.

  • Excerpt: I travel extensively to make photographs and mostly find myself in markets with very little space to squeeze into. I carry one camera and a lens and need to have a spare lens on hand. The bag is subtle in appearance, has the correct amount of pockets so that things do not 'get lost' and weighs nothing to begin with!
  • Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight

Great bag !

Shutterbug, B&H Photo
18 February 2014
  • Excerpt: It ended up being a little bigger than expected, but that turned out to be a plus as everything i wanted to put in it fit perfect. The material is very heavy duty and is going to look amazing when broken in after a season or two of use. It came with a free tin of water proofing wax, but i am going to use a spray as i fear the wax may get on my gear, especially on hot days where the wax may soften.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Heavy Duty Material, Looks Fantastic, Tons Of Room

Great Medium Bag

Rum Runner, B&H Photo
9 February 2014
  • Excerpt: I can't get enough of this thing. I have another domke bag (f-5xa) for just carrying around a small rangfinder, but this fulfills my need for a medium sized, carry-everything-you-need-but-nothing-you-don't bag. It's wonderful. I love the novel internal arrangement that allows for great carrying/separation of equipment, but it's not the standard domke "box" arrangement.

Great Bag

  • Excerpt: This is a great bag. It fits a lot of gear- more than you would think. I can easily put the following gear into it: 5DIII mounted to 24-105, 70-200 2.8 II, 16-35 II and 50 1.2! I also purchased the Domke shoulder pad to use with it and would highly recommend one.
