Perfect size and sturdy!

Mike S, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: This bag has plenty of gear for an event/wedding photographer. I was roped into photographing a wedding (haven't done one in 20 years) and needed a new bag that is easy to work with and holds enough equipment. I have a Canon 60D with mounted 24-70 2.8 Sigma lens and Battery Grip.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction

It is just a little bigger

  • Excerpt: I've had the F2 bag for more than a decade a love it. Bought a little more equipment and found I needed more space, but I'm getting too old to lug my huge Tamrac. The F1X is the perfect size.

Back to the Future

Ken Bennett, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: My first professional camera bag was a Domke F2, in brown with tan trim. (What can I say, it was the 80s and we didn't have good fashion sense.) That bag held all my 35mm film gear for daily newspaper assignments, and lasted for years.

11 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I love this bag. Lens dividers could be a little bigger, but it's a great bag. Lightweight and easy to use. It doesn't have a lot of padding on sides and ends, but it makes it easy to get into. Bottom is nicely padded.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Lens Pockets Small

Stuff falls out

Grumpy Mike, B&H Photo
8 May 2014
  • Excerpt: I like the size of the bag, needed something a little larger than my Domke F2, which I love. But hate that the straps have to be clipped when carring the bag. If not, lenses and cameras can fall out. It makes the bag nearly unusable, this was a bad purchase on my part.
  • Pros: I Like The Size
  • Cons: Hard To Access Equipment
