A great 2 camera bag

Canon gal, B&H Photo
4 August 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought this bag for times when a 2nd camera is needed or I want to bring 3 lenses. It will hold quite a bit of gear. I use it to store or transport a 5D MKlll with a 24-70 2.8 attached with hood reversed, a 70-200 2.8, no hood and a 16-35 2.8, hood stored in an outer pocket. A light meter and a 600 ex RT fit nicely in the smaller compartments of the 8-15 & 9-18 Superflexes.
  • Pros: Highly Configurable
  • Cons: Heavy, Uncomfortable Fit

Good Years Later

Steve, B&H Photo
15 March 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought the 335 in October of 2008 and as I plan upgrades to my camera gear, perhaps now is a good time to share how well this bag has worked. I am often on the move with the camera and the bag is constantly in motion. After years of this, the bag's surface shows slight wearing. No doubt, the canvas product is up to the task. The clearcoat on the zipper pulls is beginning to wear off though the zipper action remains like new.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Strong Construction, Well Padded
  • Cons: NONE

Well made!

  • Excerpt: Well made and looks great. It would have been much better if it was a tad bigger or maybe I should have gone with larger model. I use it with D-800 and 24-70mm, 70-200mm f2.8 and fisheye and Mirco. Also RODE mic. I also bougth the optional strap for Tri-pod, frankly not sure if I could even use the straps.
  • Pros: Lightweight, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Not Enough Pockets

Another great Billingham!

  • Excerpt: This is my 2nd Billingham, this one didn't let me down. Its the styling and overall quality that got me to buy the first one and when I wanted something bigger it was a no brainer to buy another Billinham. I use the 335 for my Nikon D4 which easily fits in the bag along with 3-4 lenses and other items, there is lots of space in this bag. My iPad fits nicely as well in an outside pocket that is easy to get at while on a flight, the bag fits well under the seat too!
  • Pros: Comfortable, Strong Construction, Stylish, Well Padded

Do Not Hesitate

  • Excerpt: Yes, this bag costs a lot. However, it is very worth it. It fits my Canon 5D Mark II w/ 24-70 attached and an additional lens can be carried along with it. Compartments are nicely designed as well. Look wise, it is very attractive. I definitely recommend this bag over any others in market to anyone!
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Strong Construction, Well Padded

Very Professional

  • Excerpt: Yes the bag cost a lot but think of all the money you spent for the items in it. You want everything to be secure and safe, and this bag does just that. Has plenty of space for everything you need with you for a shoot (even can squeeze a 11" macbook air). The only knock is that the tripod strap is sold separately.

Quality Construction, Classy Style

Beso, B&H Photo
3 April 2012
  • Excerpt: I purchased this Billingham bag to carry/store my Nikon D800 (not yet shipped) along with the Holy Trinity of lenses; 14-24, 24-70, 70-200; 910 Flash; and assorted other odds and ends. Although I have not received the camera yet, the bag appears to be a bit tight for this array of gear. I will have to wait for the camera arrival to see if it is of adequate size or if I need to get a size larger.
  • Pros: Appearance, Strong Construction, Style
  • Cons: Non-detachable rain flap, Non-detachable strap

Classic-looking, quality camera bag

grimjed, Adorama
6 February 2012
  • Excerpt: Very high quality bag. Obviously the company who makes this bag cares about quality. There's some padding in the bag but I wouldn't call it well padded. I like the classic look.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Equipment, Lightweight, Strong Construction

Great bag !

BeachLover, B&H Photo
12 January 2012
  • Excerpt: Great bag and great quality, no doubt of this. The only reason for the four star rating instead of five star is I felt that when using the hand strap in lieu of the shoulder strap it would be more convenient to actually detach the shoulder strap to get it out of the way instead of having to tuck it inside the bag. Closer look at the photos would have revealed this... my fault, but other than that this is a great bag.
