Summary: really enjoyed this lens with its ridiculously cheap price. i mean, for this price, the best product. only minor problem, i use it with 18-55mm canon lens. it does not work with 40mm or 50mm. it kicks in when you zoom out up to 30mm, and at best when you zoom out 18mm. but still, does not create perfect circle when you focus on a near object. probably would work much better with an extra ring between the 18-55mm lens, or other lenses having such as 10mm.
Summary: Exactly what I ordered, shipped quickly and well-packaged with a nice note from the President of Goja Digital about ensuring my satisfaction. For the price, it's a perfect tool to make taking photos a little more fun. Definitely recommended.
Summary: It went back. Most of the third party lenses are great and good enough quality for the price you pay. This Zeikos lens was nice because it came with many different sized threaded bands (fits a wide variety of lenses-- I was using with canon's 18-55 or 55-250 IS lenses). That being said, this lens was a little loose and wobbly in its construction and therefore wasn't so much fun to work with.
Summary: Interesting addition to my camera bag. I'm not sure how long it will last, the threads for attaching to my camera seem to be hard plastic. They seem to want to cross thread if I'm not really careful (not good for fast lens changes). The image isn't as crisp as one would desire, and give a slightly soft focus effect. Works best as a novelty or for more impressionistic images where sharpness isn't an issue.
Summary: No one should expect anything more than what $15 will deliver. This "lens" seriously degrades images. For the occasional necessary wide angle shot, however, you cannot do better for under a few hundred dollars. Just don't expect much from this toy and you won't be disappointed.
Summary: Very little to no ghosting, very effective and useful fish-eye. Only drawback would be that the built-in flash on my camera sits too low to be functional, but that's a camera flaw and not the attachments.
