Better than OEM

David the newby photographer, Cameta

  • Excerpt: This strap does not cut into the back of the neck when carrying my D90 with flash and a 18-200mm lens. Strap is comfortable enough to carry camera with added weight all day.

Best Camera Strap

e_romero, Cameta
10 November 2010
  • Excerpt: I bought this strap because it was recommended by Ken Rockwell. The strap is great, it's comfy and light. I have one for every DSLR, SLR and Rangefinder camera I own. Is not really useful on medium format and really heavy cameras as I fear the pad behind your neck could break. I gave it 5 stars because is perfect for the intended use.
  • Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Well Padded
  • Cons: Not for heavy cameras

easy on my neck

Cameta
25 August 2010
  • Excerpt: I do not want to advertise for NIkon, so I ordered the above strip instead. I have it on a Nikon D90 with mainly 28-85mm len, plus a Nikon PS??600 flash. The set up is not too heavy but slight bulky. I took it to a 2 weeks vacation and it was on me most of the time. The neckstrap helps to relieve some of the weight and easier on my neck then regular strap. Since it is made of neoprene, it eventually will lost the elasticity. I don't know how long it will last.
  • Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Does not Chafe, Well Padded

Every Photographer Needs This

HFMPhotographer, B&H Photo

  • Summary: Unless it's critical to show off what brand or model camera you use, every DSLR user should replace their strap with this model or one like it. It dramatically reduces neck or shoulder fatigue with the padding and bounce of neoprene. I often hike or work off trails with two camera bodies and a pack. Fatigue happens! Reduce it dramatically with these straps.
  • Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Does not Chafe, Well Padded

Great strap hands down.

Chris, B&H Photo
24 September 2008
  • Summary: There are probably better straps out there, but for the money, this is one of the best investments I've made. Save your money for glass and get one of these for each of your bodies. I set up my D200's with these and no matter which strap I grab, It's the right one.
  • Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Does not Chafe, Strong Construction, Well Padded
  • Cons: None
