Summary: I bought the Sony T10 before the Holiday 06 season. The battery that comes with the camera lasts about 100 mins per a charge. Since the battery drains fast, it is probably not a good idea to recharge if the battery drains just half way. Although the memory effect is not as bad on this camera, I highly recommend getting a second battery. I picked this up so that I can drain the battery all the way on the first one and then use the second one that is charge for a backup.
Summary: If the battery has a decent life, I will be happy with my purchase. There's no reason to pay the extra expense of one made by Sony if other companies can produce the same battery and sell for less. I liked being able to price shop on this site.
Pros: I received the battery within a week. The price is very reasonable and I'm not sure if the battery life will compare to an actual Sony battery.
Cons: I felt it was advertised as a Sony battery. I knew it couldn't be for the price but the picture and even the description on the invoice imply Sony.
Summary: I bought it as a backup battery for my DSC-T9 and it fits perfectly in my camera case's (LCS-CST) front pouch. It's a little bit expensive compared to available cheap brand but I don't mind paying for the Sony brand. But I doubt they will perform as well as the Sony one.
Summary: I bought a Sony DSC-T9 and the battery life is pretty good - over 100 minutes when fully charged. However, I plan on travelling and may or may not be near an electrical outlet for recharging for extended periods. Since there is the chance that my battery may run-out, I bought a back up. In addition to its fairly long life, it is small.
Summary: ITs good to have an extra back up battery, the size is very compact. Veyr gud to have for long trips, got it from crutchfield.com,the purchase of this batterry and the charger is must have for people who like to travel. The Cybershot t1 is a great camera but needs the extra battery.
Pros: Compatible with most memeory stick digicams.Quick recharge
Summary: Unfotunately for many of the ultracompact cameras use a proprietary battery. I was going on a trip overseas and I didn't want to face the dreaded possiblity of when the battery was going to die and I wanted to take more photos. There are generic batteries that will fit, but I don't trust the generic stuff to last long. I just paid the 45 dollars for the Sony version.
Pros: Compatible with Sony Ultracompact Digicams; quick recharge time; Last 120 minutes
Summary: I got my Sony camera one month ago, the battery have 95 minutes life when you fully charge it. but usually when you use then record function and flash light, it will let you fell the battery run out very fast. You need a back up battery, and this is you need.
Summary: Great, small memory card. I had no choice, since I have the Sony dsc-t1, but it does perform well. It's also important that you can use this like a regular memory stick, with the included adapter. It would be nice if the camera used more common/cheaper memory card (Compact Flash, Secure Digital) but that's more a weakness of the camera than this product. The Memory Stick Duo does function well.
