not what i expected

  • Summary: when your getting down low to the ground shooting with a huge dslr camera it is hard to actually look threw the view finder and focus so i usually use auto focus when shooting low to the ground but with the angle finder it makes it much easier i dont think that it is worth the 160 dollars but it is essential for a skateboard photographer def.

  • Summary: I love having the angle finder for my camera, for those shots that are low. My knees are bad so kneeling down is very hard. It's a knee saver!

just as described (also works with a700)

  • Summary: seems no one mentions that it also works with all Sony SLR. It is comparable in price to the generic viewfinders, but a much nicer unit. The Hoodman generic viewfinder has a rough edge that can leave scrape marks on camera (attachment point around viewfinder) this one works a lot better as it uses plastic and leaves no marks.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Lightweight
  • Cons: Not attachable to strap
