Great Meter but...

 • Excerpt: The meter is good and has nice touch screen. It should come with Calibration card. Asking [$] to build profiles on your meter to match your Camera/lens combos is ridiculous.
 • Pros: Compact, Easy to Use

Works Better then I thought

 • Excerpt: The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I wish it came with some kind of case that lets you carry everything together. I feel like I might loose this or drop it in the dirt on a shoot. Other then that I actually really like it. It works perfectly. Just like the high end spot meters. And its super easy to switch back and forth between the two.
 • Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Works perfectly
 • Cons: Needs a case

Nice, digital light meter

 • Excerpt: This is a very good product. It's relatively easy to use, and appears to be completely accurate. Something to note if you are considering the purchase: all of the shots of the screen that I saw before the purchase (on the product page) were "simulated." Meaning, the actual clean, cool look that you see in the product shots are NOT the same as in real life.

Pretty

 • Excerpt: Out of the box the meter seemed to be accurate. Calibration is easy but is a fickle process. I had to Google info to figure out the error messages. The manual or website was not very helpfule.

The touch screen isn't that great. I have to press several time to get it to respond.

Battery life is not long.

Not a bad product. I would rate 3 out of 5.
 • Pros: Reliable
 • Cons: Difficult To Use, Poor Design

Excellent

 • Excerpt: I am not sure what I expected, but this finder exceeded my expectations. The results obtained are invaluable, and its build quality is superb. My outdoor exposures are much improved with this product. The lightmeter senses the presence of the finder and shows you that in memory view.

Good meter

Mike, B&H Photo
3 June 2014
 • Excerpt: I am a certified professional photographer. I make mostly studio portraits and some outdoor portraits. I bought this meter to replace a Minolta flash meter IV that I have used since the 80's. I was displeased with the cheap case due to the fact that it doesn't have a flap to cover the top of the meter. Overall, I like the size and features of the meter and the screen is readable in full sunlight.
