Excerpt: Basically, I have found that if you aren’t into profile picture taking then having a remote control to make it look more like someone took it for you then the Nikon ML-L3 Remote control is the thing to get on. I just hate that this little remote is too small to keep up with and it’s hard to program. It’s a good thing to have it’s just not worth $20 in my opinion.
Summary: It works well except longer distances.4 meters is a borderline and sometimes you have to spend a few seconds to get a right angle to make it work. In that time you can loose a good shot.Bearing in mind Nikon's specification it works well but it is way too expensive. I'd look for cheaper alternatives.
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Expands creativness, Improves Product Function, Lightweight, Works well
Summary: Well I ordered this product on Friday and received this on Monday, which is decently quick but at the same time I ordered some other stuff from another site and it was delivered by Saturday itself. (Both came from Mumbai). The package itself was quite well packed but the remote cardboard box which was from nikon was not only somewhat open but could clearly see that it has been opened many times as there were some wear and tear signs, which is something you cannot know...
Summary: This product does not work with the Nikon D300s so please beware before you buy. Try "googling" if it is compatible with your SLR or camera model. I came to know from one of my friends that it had problems working with D90 as well so please check before you order one!
