Excerpt: As a graphic designer & photographer, the quality of my work depends on accurate calibration of my two-display setup. The main display is an ASUS 23" LED and I thought I had it tuned-in pretty close. I was getting good quality prints from my Canon iP 4500 printer until I purchased the Spyder system. I was amazed at how easy this system works by simply following the instructions.
Excerpt: I bought the Spyder4EXPRESS due to budget. It does everything that the manufacturers claim but there was no way to 'attach' the Spyder on my monitor. I wound up blue tapping it to hold it in place. I think there should have been some sort of clip included. The software installed easily but at the end it 'hung' and I had to restart it to make it work. BTW, the printed picture matched the screen picture perfectly.
Excerpt: I use it to calabrate my screen to judge Photoshop correcttion of my professional photos. I use it as a guide for printing my art photos.
It seems to have brightness down right and the color match is very close using an Epson 2880 printer.
It was easy to install and use even for an artistic non-Geek. It was a pleasure to have a program work the first time without the usual complications.
Excerpt: I used this on my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. It is easy to use, found the download online very easily since my laptop doesn't have a cd drive. Followed the instructions and had a calibrated display in less than 10 minutes.
Excerpt: This can become a lengthy article if one chooses to take the time to carefully explain the differences between a calibrated monitor on one that hasn't been calibrated. I'll try being right to the point, from my years of working with calibrated monitor. If you use an uncalibrated monitor, your photos may look reasonably good to you, and perhaps to others, too. But the untrained eye can not always tell how good an images is until you've tried making photographic print.
Excerpt: I would recommend this item, once I installed the software, the Spyder 4 Express had my monitor calibrated in no time. I might add, I had never calibrated before, so was pleasantly surprised to find my colors were not so far off on my current monitor. I would recommend this product!
