Conclusion: All in all, there’s little to complain about with the Spyder4Elite. The calibration tool did its job expertly, coming up with a vastly improved display in fifteen minutes of use. Despite knowing little about colour calibration, I found the instructions easy to understand and I’m pleased with the results.
Pros: Setup and calibration is very straight-forward, The results produced were top notch, Little time was required, Can be used with a range of displays, Software includes display test suite
Summary: All photographers should be concerned with colour accuracy and it's particularly important when editing images for output as either prints or screen displays. Properly calibrated displays will save you a substantial time and money when making prints as you'll be able to see images that are very close to the end results as you work on them. You would probably be able to recoup the cost of the calibration device in the savings in paper over the first few months of use.
