Summary: The sound quality on this Q2HD is excellent but it's not good HD playback using it's MDMI output, the video smears on my big LCD screen. It has a lot of nice features and it's operations manual is better than average.
Summary: I use this to record therapy sessions, with client consent, for insurance and education purposes. My trouble with cameras in the past has been that they have unnecessarily high resolution, all sorts of gizmos I don't need, and REALLY poor sound.
Summary: This video recorder does everything it claims to do. There are a few things that could make it better, but for the money I'm not complaining. The video quality looks really good when you are shooting in natural light. As with most inexpensive cameras, it is not a friend to low light.
Summary: I purchased this video camera to use in my classroom, to create videotaped lessons. I was able to tape about 90 minutes using quality AA batteries. The recording was good quality, but what I was most impressed with is that the microphone picked up even the quieter students talking.
