Summary: It died a few days after purchase. Lens cap removed, the touchscreen displayed no video feed. Zoom had no effect (the zoom bar did not move). I was recording a long testing session while the camera was plugged in (contrary to what others say, you can use it while plugged in - you just have to close...
Summary: The short version of the story is this. I did not use the camera after I purchased it for a couple months. When I went to use it I discovered that the zoom feature goes all by itself. I set the camera on a tripod and lined up the shot.
Summary: I bought this Camera from a different vendor. Auto focus, simply Does Not Work! You can't Fix it! I tried to record several live sports games. It is SO out of focus, that it is unwatchable. I tried all the fixes in Tech support. Nothing works.
Summary: I bought the X200 because it offered to features I wanted, a remote control and an external mic input. One down side two the operation of the camera is the zoom. It zooms in preset increments. It's user manual is on a disc and has to be installed to be read.

Summary: I bought this camera in December 2012 to video my son's soccer games. The autofocus is built in and does not work. Half the video is blurry. It's like it's trying to adjust but just can't get there. It was useless for recording soccer games.

Summary: The Toshiba Camileo X200 HD is a very bad product. I'm not sure how this has positive reviews (unless they were added by the company to boost their rating). I sent this product back due to several problems. I kept and tried this product for over a week.
