Excellent HD video Camera!

Mr. M. Ramjanee "pantherboyinnz", Amazon
24 December 2009
  • Summary: I bought this to take with us to L.A., and found it extremely easy to use, and the HD quality is brilliant. We took some pics with it too, and the resolution of these are excellent too. With an 8gb memory card we recorded around 2 hours during a week and there was still ample memory left! Don't be put off by the many negative reviews here, this is compact and very light, cheap HD recorder which looks great in its sleek black, and is a bargain not to be missed!

Camileo H10

Barry Jackson, Amazon
15 October 2009
  • Summary: It's a low priced camcorder [115 GBP] that does what says. That is High Definition in Widescreen mode. Also does high Megapixel stills but I haven't really tested this. The instantly noticeable problem is the short battery life. About 10 mins in HD movie mode, spare batteries and a charger are essential! I was unable to source a mains power supply for this product. There is no lens cap which is probably not good but overall it's a great little camcorder at the price.

toshiba h10

David Davis, Amazon
13 September 2009
  • Summary: Exelant videocorder for the money , sharp pictures on a 42 tv,down side is auto focus is slow if you zoom to guickly ,battery life a bit short although I hope this will be improved with cheap high capacity batteries.I think a lot of the problems people have had is not taking the time read the instructions, and not removing the protective film from the side cover where the mike is housed. All in all I am pleased with it ,quality picks at a bargain price.

Unhappy Customer

Busy Mom, Amazon
8 September 2009
  • Summary: I bought the Toshiba Camileo Camcorder for my son and found it extremely easy to use with one big problem though, the dead pixels. So off it went returned with a full refund that we used to purchase it again....And again it arrived with dead pixels. Whether its a Batch problem or a known glitch with the Toshiba Camileo H10 they need to get it sorted because 2 out of 2 with the same defect isn't good.

Toshiba Camcorder

Kirky, Amazon
31 August 2009
  • Summary: This must be one of the easiest camcorders/camera's to work - have searched for something simple & have, at last, found it in this camcorder. So small & compact, it fits in your handbag & the photos & video footage are really good. Delighted with my purchase & would recommend it to anyone wanting something easy to use.

  • Summary: well i bought this being amused at the price and started to se it straight away only to find the ccd had dead pixels the battery heat damaged the sd card and it did not have a lens cover and the picture quality even on high as no good and the lens has no cover and it takes ages to focus on the subject and the night mode is very ruff and grainy the only good thing is the looks.
