Summary: I purchased this BW 10 off Amazon to take videos and still shots of my son's wedding in September. Near the end of the wedding weekend the screen was black when I tried to take more videos. I thought maybe it was the battery, but after charging it I had the same issue.
Summary: I had such high hopes for this. Bought it for the specific purpose of taking it into the ocean to go surfing. EVERY time I take it into the ocean within seconds the lens steams up and it's unusable. Complete waste of money I'm afraid.
Summary: I ordered this camera for my 11 year old who would like to start making youtube type short films. Unfortunately the camera arrived DOA . We were unable to charge or get any response from the device. Fortunately we were able to return it to Amazon for full credit. Buyer beware.
Summary: worked fine the first day and started leaking water and got foggy trough the lens next day. I had to wait a few hours for the camera to dry and it work out of the water fine, untill I got back in the water again. It never worked in the water at all. Send it back to Amazon.com for full refund.
Summary: It does not come with a wall charger, you have to use a USB port on your computer. I tried it on two different computers' USB ports, even replaced the BW10 and tried it with the second BW10 - still no luck. Do NOT buy.
Summary: I couldn't get the video from my camcorder to my computer. The only way I could access the video was to upload it to YouTube and that took several hours (with a fast connection) for only a 7-minute video. I called Toshiba Customer Support (had a hard time finding the number on their web site).
