Excerpt: After finally deciding to play Call of Duty Online with my friends, I had realized that I really needed a microphone to make the experience enjoyable. While all my friends made jokes and laughed while playing, I was silent, unable to speak without this fundamental accessory for online gaming. A microphone. I like the Sony PS3 Bluetooth Headset because it offers extreme clarity and sound. I use it to chat with multiple friends at once, and I can hear them all perfectly.
Excerpt: I use this camcorder for church video production as well as other one-time jobs. This was a replacement for a Sony HDR-HC9 I had been using over 5 years, but which developed some problems after a fall. The FX7 is a nice upgrade, with the 20x lens and more controls on the body instead of in the menu, though there are still plenty of those. It seems more rugged, too, metal construction vs. the hard plastic I had before.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Image Stabilization, Great Picture Quality, Large Clear LCD
Excerpt: It's a nice camera, good for all kind of production, both broadcast & open field coverage, but prefer in open field with a long range capture. But too high in price & 1 thing I don't know is that if it record on memory card.
Excerpt: I have 3 of these cameras which we use for live streaming at my church. All 3 have had problems with the F-stop adjustment dial and 1 has had a back focus problem. Overall it is a good camera.
Pros: Great Picture Quality, Great Zoom, Large Clear LCD, Zoom range/performance

Summary: I was expecting to get the cables needed to connect to the camcorder, the cables that came with the camcorder didn't come with the order. HDMI, The Firewire cable and a few other that should have been included in the order. One cable was included but it was for a kodak product. I would not recommend this vendor.
Excerpt: I have two of these for my high school media courses and have consistant problems with both. This biggest problem is that they will NOT connect to computers to download footage. I have to use an older JVC to transfer from tape to the computer to edit. This is apparently a known problem judging from some forums on these and Sony will gladly fix them for me for $500 each. Terrible service, support, or ANY help from Sony.
