  • Excerpt: Sony Corporation as just forget the XLR! Just unbelievable!!! I never see an mistake like that before! The weight is a problem aswell, the cam recorder + batterie + light + sound transmiter, it start to be heavy for an handycam... They have to clear that point cuz its not good when u shooting a long scene. BUT! its great with an stabilizer like steadycam or glidecam!
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Good Image Stabilization
  • Cons: Poor In Low Light

  • Excerpt: I am a long time user of the PD 150 & 170. Today was my second wedding with the 1000. You have read the "good" reviews so now I have what I consider the problem areas.(1) The adjustment wheel for the menu is probably worse that you have read.(2) Something is weird with the view finder. It is like it has a smudge in the center but looks clearer at the bottom of the screen.(3) No battery gauge to show you the progress of the battery as it is charged.
  • Pros: Durable, Great Features, Great Sound
