Pros: Its HD or is it, nothing more to say really.
Cons: Tried it on a bike and when i reviewed the video it was absolutely terrible. The hand shake is almost non existing am afraid. Compared to a Canon FS100 on this matter, the Canon is miles ahead. Holding is not that convenient.
Summary: The camera works great, but it does not work very well with a Mac. Sony's software is only for PC, which is hard to believe in this day and age. There is a way to make it work in iMovie, but I hope you have a few hours to download your video. Anyway, like I said, I'm not complaining about the camera itself (which is great), but I am very frustrated that this is even an issue.
Summary: As a pro, I purchased this HD camera as a quality camcorder that would fit in my personal bag so I can carry it with me everywhere and still get the quality I want.Well, I'm very disappointed for several reasons:1. Extreme pixelation. Camera is highly pixelated when it you follow a moving subject. Even if your subject is moving slowly, you can see high level of pixelation, something like bricks, on the edges of the moving subject.2.
