Summary: Very simple easy to use camcorder for basic home videos. Very pleased with sound and image quality, great auto focus, easy to use controls, and lightweight body. It's not a professional movie maker, but good for home and basic use.
Summary: So far, at least, it seems to be good value for the price. Not until I've had more time to use it could I give an accurate review. But I would recommend the deal to others based on early impressions.
Summary: After I bought this camera I read some pretty weak reviews about it. I have been quite pleased with the camera, however. It is easy to use and takes quite good video to my untrained eye. It is compact and lightweight, therefore easy to lug around. I did buy a higher capacity battery which allows me almost four hours of "filming" on a charge.
Summary: I was happy to see that this did not have a touch screen, we also have a Sony with a touch screen and the screen died after only 9 months of very little use. I was disappointed to see that this did not come with a charger, only a USB cord? Thankfully our old camera charger works for this. Replaying video on the TV took some time getting use to but all in all it is a great value!
Summary: Great camera but some things I don't like..... 1-Can't use a remote with this. So can't set camera on tri-pod and from a distance press record. 2- Very grainy in the dark. 3-No RED LED light when its recording. Off the top of my head that's what I can think of for now. But for the price this is a good video camera.
Summary: I wanted a separate camera to record school events, because the zoom on my phone wasn't enough. This camera does a great job with zoom, and is very light weight. I can't figure out how to turn it off, except to disconnect the battery. It does not come with a separate charger, so you have to use the usb cord to charge the battery. I didn't think it was a big deal, until I had to do it.
