Summary: I rarely used it, but it was out-of function in one and half years. The Best Buy techincan told me that it needs $199 to fix! So, I gave up by buying a new one. Advice: Don't buy these camcorders!
Summary: The Sony Handycam is a terrible, terrible product. It is not intuitive at all, the user manual is confusing and not helpful, and my number one complaint is that it is extremely difficult to transfer your video files to your computer. I filmed some very important interviews with this camera and have spent hours trying to figure out how to get the files off the camera without success.

Cons: Poor warranty. Poor support. After complaining about product and warranty, I was put on hold and was told I was being shifted to customer service. I hung up after waiting 45 minutes with no answer.
Summary: I just purchased the Sony CX150 camcorder to record my grandkids' activities. It's going back to the store today. I have used many cameras and this one was so uncomfortable to hold that I couldn't operate the buttons easily. Although it is lightweight and nicely compact, the flimsy hand strap is at the bottom of the camera, so that when you inert your right hand, the camera doesn't balance correctly in your hand. It leans to the left.
