The most versatile platform available!

Tom, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: This camera is the most versatile I've used to date. With so many inexpensive options to mount this camera, there is no excuse for why you couldn't create the shot you're looking for. I wore myself out trying to out do each new shot from the last.

I really want to like this little cam...

Grant, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: Seems like this cam should be a breeze to operate, but the documentation is so dismal that I am having trouble figuring any of the setup menus. The manual was obviously written in a foreign language (Japanese probably) and the translation is poor. The foldout paper manual is unintelligible, the pdf version is readable but poorly translated. Foreign companies have been in the US market for a couple of generations or more.

Solid Camera

  • Excerpt: I use this camera for all kinds of things, including recording some of my DJ sets. Everything is good except the 2hr battery life. That's a little to short to be a 5 star product to me. Otherwise, excellent. Good value and amazing image stabilization.

Great product

stephen3, Ebay
5 November 2014
  • Summary: It was a choice between the gopro and the sony. I liked the idea of wifi so I could use my ipod as a monitor to see what I was recording. Also, the Sony downloads easily into my Mac's imovie for editing. The rounded bottom is the only thing that I didn't like, but got a cell phone holder for selfies for less than $2.00 that let's it stay upright and it had a tripod socket on it too.
