Summary: i am sorry but for a $200 camera now.... i was unhappy with the picture quality of this camera... i get better video quality out of my cameras that cost less then $50 ... the zoom is great but hardly worth it when you cut down quality so much...
Summary: Great camera if video isn't intended to be shared on video sharing websites such as Vimeo or YouTube because the picture quality isn't the best even though I still use it for this purpose. And of course it won't be the best since it's a standard definition camera.
Summary: I got this as a birthday present 5 months back and here is my impression on the product. Pros: 1. Good design - very easy to use and intuitive (Applies to most Sony Handycams) 2. AVI format. 3. Good light sensitivity and low light focusing. Cons: 1.
Summary: Nice, feature rich cam for money spent. Very compact and anti-shake works well. Disappointed in normal indoor lighting quality of video - grainy. Biggest shortcoming (and be careful when using cam) is location of mic. The mic is on top of camera - not on the front.
Summary: Bought this camcorder and am surprised it doesn't come with a usb cord, i mean all camcorders are supposed to come with them these days. It never says it doesn't come with one on the amazon product page.
Summary: camera was in great shape... but the ad said that a car/home kit was included which was not true. I was very unhappy that these items were missing and I had assumed they meant battery chargers. I e-mailed the company and their excuse was very lame.... ooops... we made a mistake.
