  It's Easy. Plug it in via usb 2.0 (the cord that it comes with) into your mac- the hard drive will appear as a NO NAME drive on the desktop- click on it and inside a folder will be your clips- drop and drag them to wherever you want to keep them. Watch them with quicktime player.
  IF YOU GET NO SOUND- then you should use MPEG STREAMCLIP- a free download from- http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-mac.html
  Drop each clip (one at a time) into MPEG then hit export- (as a quicktime or whatever you want). I make them H264 compressor quicktime movs at the pic size it reccommends.
  Sure it's annoying process but you get used to it.
