I bought this product for family event filming. After the warranty expires, the LCD touch screen display has issue, the screen starts playing up when turn on. Picture keeps moving up continously and makes it impossible to record/ view/transfer anything. If I turn on and wait for a long time (30 mins), it will stop moving up and I can record things, but by this time the battery is running out. Read more

I purchased this camcorder for the nightshot plus feature and I got more then what I wanted. The screen is so clear. The picture is amazing. I was even blown away by the sound. And this camcorder is so easy to use I didn't even need the instruction manual. I like how it fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. The nightshot plus feature is better then I had expected. If I could I would give this camcorder more than a 5 star rating. Read more

My father bought this for me 2 years ago and the first couple months it ran smooth and the only problem was the editing, and dock (USB only). However during summer break when i took it to camp many times it would go completely off-focus resulting in poor video. It didn't help if I used the tri-pod or not it would just go off-focus randomly. the night vision merely lets you see rather little even with a lot of lights. Read more

    • Somewhat High quality video, great audio, size, zoom, touch screen
    • Out of focus, night vision is rather lame, dock, not compliant with editing systems
