Summary: The camera constantly goes in and out of focus, even when it's mounted on a stationary tripod. The white balance also adjusts seemingly at random and so I have to shoot everything four times and then piece it together.
Summary: Why would you produce a video recording device that also recorded the ticking sound made from the camera? How does this make it past the designing stages? I love that it doesn't have cords. I love the size and visual quality. I love the touch screen. I HATE that frelling ticking sound! Seriously!
Summary: This Sony Bloggie Touch makes me wanna holler in their ears--that is if they can hear anything. What was Sonny Boy thinking? This audio absolutely SUCKS! The HD vid quality is nice, quite good, even if the focus is like a demo iPhone 1.
Summary: It does take fairly good clear videos, but the still camera takes low quality photos and there is no flash, despite the cost. My phone camera takes better photos. The other problem is that the only way to charge it is via the USB port.
Summary: I received this item quickly and on schedule which was good. But it hasn't worked since I got it. It had only a minute's battery life on it when it arrived and I was unable to get it to take a charge. I tried it a number of times using the cord supplied but it wouldn't work.
Summary: While it boasts HD, this device is aimed at social media...swapping family pics, etc. The software is decidedly unsophisticated and made for sending cute videos of the kids frolicking with the dog and posting them to folder pre-named Mom and Dad (I'd have to do a bit of digging to get the videos to...
Summary: I bought this camera at Frys after playing around with it in the store. After I got it home I mounted it on my radio controlled airplane for some airborne video. I watched the video on the Bloggie and was quite impressed by the video quality.
Summary: It's a nice, touchy device. It actually does macro focus! However it's very noisy in low light. Even in normal light, it's exposure settings change very quickly and drastically. I can tolerate focus flubs much more than having the exposure fluctuating 2-3 fStops in about as much time as it takes to...
Summary: There are multiple problems with the bloggie touch. I have used other mini cams such as the flip ultra HD and the Kodak Zi8. CONS: 1) It needs a great deal of light to record properly. I was in a decently lit room and the picture was VERY orangey and VERY grainy.
