Summary: The camera itself is great but I ordered it used for $40 and all it said was one small dent on the corner. What I got was: no cords, covered in scratches and the USB has a dent preventing me from uploading anything to my computer!
Summary: I purchased this as a Christmas gift and it worked for a month and stop working. When I contacted Sony, they wanted me to pay to send it to them and informed it would be a charge to fix. Not worth the headache. So we use it and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Summary: I would give it no stars if i could. sound is horrible and so is the picture quality. i bought it to record my daughters play and the quality was so poor. i won't use this anymore it'll be put out at my next garage sale.
Summary: this is a horrible camera! most of my images are coming out blurry even the video is blurry at times. i'm a part-time photographer so it's not operator error. Additionally, the button to take a picture requires a lot of pressure to make it work and then there is a delay before the photo is taken.
Summary: In less than 3 months of use the battery quit. The unit showed it was low so it was put to charge and wouldn't function, turn on, or do anything at all but function as a lousy paperweight. Of course, Sony wants me to return the item to them at MY expense!!!!
Obviously this unit is junk. How many more have this problem?

Summary: I have had a unit for about 3 weeks, I started having problems when I realised the 'touch'screen didn't always respond, especially when trying to review stored pictures. (very frustrating) The last FIASCO is when I 'touched' the review button, the screen went blank, but still appeared to be 'on'.

Summary: I orderd the Sony MHS-TS20/S Bloggie 8GB Silver HD. The camera got good reviews and plus it was supposed to come with the Kit that included the mini-HDMI to HDMI cable, Screen Protectors, and mini table top tripod. When I received the camera the only thing that was in the box was the wrist strap.
Summary: As much as I like Sony products, their customer support has been lacking more and more over the years. I have tried to have my Sony Bloggie HD (MHSTS20/B) serviced but Sony will not respond to emails or call me back with a referral for service. I will not be buying Sony products again.
