The Sony Bloggie MHS-FS2 is a camcorder designed in a 2 1/4" x 4 3/8" x 3/4" form factor that weighs 4.9 oz and is powered by a 1/4" (4.5mm) Exmor CMOS Sensor that supports up to 5.03 megapixel resolution, has an f2.8 Sony® Lens that is designed with 4 elements in 4 groups, has digital zoom, still 16:9: 47mm / Still 4:3: 41mm / Movie 16:9: 47mm focal length and a minimum focus distance of 4" (10cm) to infinity. The camcorder comes with the Bloggie Software v1.3 / Share-it-Later software. It has the capability to record MP4 / MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 videos up to 1920 x 1080 (29.97fps, Progressive) resolution with MPEG4-AAC audio via its mono microphone, has Hi-Speed USB arm (USB 2.0), Face Detection (up to 8 faces), SteadyShot® Image stabilization, a 2.7" (6.7cm) TFT LCD (230,400 pixels) display, mini HDMI interface and comes with A USB connection support cable and wrist strap.

Features

The Sony Bloggie MHS-FS2 supports dual-screen with front and back LCD screens that allow users to see what the camera sees as they capture their experiences. The camcorder also supports 5-megapixel still image capture, and can record up to two hours of HD video footage (default setting) to the camera’s 4GB of built-in flash memory. The Bloggie camcorder also features a flip-out USB arm and has pre-installed software that allows users to upload their videos and photos to sites such as YouTube™, Facebook® and Sony Personal Space. It records in High Definition MP4 (H.264) format and features a 5MP CMOS sensor to take 5MP still images, and with an HDMI™ output, users can share HD video with friends and family on an HDTV. The other features on the Sony Bloggie MHS-FS2 include a 2.7” LCD that can rotate its orientation automatically; SteadyShot® image stabilization for reduced blur caused by camera shake, Face Detection technology which recognizes faces and optimizes camera settings for both video and still images; and built-in LED Light that assist users in low-light situations.
