Nathan M. Rose "Movie Guy from FlickDirect", Amazon

Summary: Love, love, love this camcorder. What originally caught my eye, of course, was the coloring of it. I don't use a camcorder that often, but wanted to purchase one just to have around. I am a pretty simple person when it comes to technology, so this suits me just fine. I like that it is pretty easy to operate and that it is easy to upload my movies onto my computer. I think this was a good choice for a first time camcorder purchase.
Summary: My 12 year old daughter loved everything about this camcorder. Cute, stylish, easy to use, light, great for an occasional youtube video. Only problem is when she video tapes herself it's hard to position the camera because of the way the lens aims up. If she places it on the floor, it mostly records the ceiling. We'll have to think of a way somehow tilt the camera without it falling over.
Summary: Upon receiving this little gem, my wife and I were astonished at its size and abilities. We took it to Ocean Shores, WA for the 4th of July and captured the fireworks display at night. I have an older camcorder that cost me roughly five times what I spent on this one; and it cannot even come close to this Samsung product! The zooming and playback features are superior as are the ease of use and replay quality.
Summary: At first I thought what Samsung calls their Active Angle Lens was little more than a gimmick. I was wrong. Holding the camera in your hand is very natural and I find I can hold it for long periods of time without my hand getting tired. That's a huge plus for me. The fold out LCD screen is easy to see, even outdoors. Samsung's Smart Auto has eight different modes, so that you get the best possible results and it's easy as pie to switch between them.
