Summary: I applied for a grant on [...] for my kids at school to learn how to use a camcorder so I had little options when choosing a camcorder. If I could return this I would, but it's not worth the hassle. Here's are my gripes.

Summary: Absolutely poor support. I called Samsung Support was on the phone for 1hour 25mins no response. No one knew what this camera was all about. SO, please do not buy it. Poor reflection of a company that is so large. Save your time and unnecessary headach by not buying it.
Summary: I bought this on the back of a recommendation of Samsung products, and the fact it was on sale with Amazon. At the same time I bought a compatable memory card to use with it. When I first turned it on it showed the dreaded "Card Error" message.
