Summary: I bought a cheaper Samsung camera and actually prefer it over this more expensive one. I don't care for the touch screen. It can be a pain and difficult to manage at time. Also, I haven't seen an option to face detect/auto tune like I have on the other camera we own. Therefore, the view gets blurry if the subject moves.
Summary: It's a great camcorder for outdoors use but if you plan to use it indoors, specially when low light then this is not the one you need. I didn't do a good research before buying it and didn't realize It has no flash incorporated and now I'm paying the consequences of not being able to record in low light. Other than that, a nice, small, and very lightweight camera. It fits on your palm of your hand.
Summary: The QF20 is a well designed camera for occasional use. It has intuitive controls, a simple recording mechanism, and it's easy to download my videos to my Mac for more editing. The 20x zoom is a nice feature as well. But given the compactness and relative cheap cost, don't expect this camera to do too much. It's strictly low end, a step above cell phone cameras, but well below what you'd get with a quality unit. It's best for outdoors during the daytime.
