Really good camera that I have used for years with no problems

Summary: This is a great camera and has stood up to dozens and dozens of horse shows and dust. I can now hear the lens as it zooms in and out, but that can be expected after countless horse shows and dust storms and no cleaning on my part. Samsung did a great job with this camera. When it finally dies I will definitely look to see what other camcorders Samsung has.
Summary: First off, I didn't realize how small this unit was. Very compact. About the size of three-quarters of a water bottle. The zoom is fantastic. I read about complaints that you can hear the zoom. I myself cannot. This is an upgrade for me. My last cam was a Cannon 8mm I bought about 10 years ago for about the same price. Charging time for the AC adapted was about 1 1/2 hours out of the box. I'm using the San Disc extreme pro class 10 32g sd card.
Summary: This is my fourth Samsung camcorder. I own the HMX-U20BN, HMX-H100N, HMX-H200BN, and now the HMX-H300BN. I can compare the 100, 200, and 300 model camcorders from the same series and this latest model, the H300, is a wonderful refinement. Compared to its immediate predecessor, the H200BN, it's got a 30x instead of a 20x zoom lens. It's also thinner and lighter, more like a HMX-QX10, but with the longer life battery of the H200BN.
Summary: I reviewed this camcorder online. It had really good reviews. I was looking for a camcorder for my wife for her birthday. I am so glad I brought this camcorder for her. She loves it, it is so simple to use, point and shoot, it's that easy. You can take stills with the push of a button (easily located on the top of the camera), record just as easy with one touch. One touch zoom control. This is a very easy to use camcorder. Stunning 1080 HD quality!
Summary: This review is based on my experience with this camera and on what I expected to get from the description prior to purchasing. Since this is my first camcorder I cannot compare it to others. I give it five stars because it seems to be as advertised and it gives me the results that I expected from it. Also the price was good for the features offered (I think i paid $218 for it) when compared to other models.
Summary: This camera does what every coach wants it to 1/2 speed replay 1/4 speed replay 1/8 speed replay FRAME BY FRAME advance. It does pixilate once you really use the zoom and as a rowing coach you want to be quite close to the boat that you are taping. There is some issue with sunlight on the view finder screen. I have been looking for these capabilities for 5 years and at this price they are pretty much giving them away. Thank you Samsung!
