Summary: Any electronic that wont last a year deserves a 1 star but due to it taking excellent video I gave it 2 stars. I purchased it 3/2011, its 12/2011 and it wont turn on? Ive used it maybe 20-30 times. The battery light shows green so its not the battery since its showing as fully charged.
Summary: I was super pissed after getting this camera and attempting to edit video from it. The only program I could get that could render the images was Windows Movie Maker. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 couldn't handle the video. Sony Vegas couldn't handle it. WMM. I hate editing with WMM.
Summary: I bought this as a black friday deal online. it was under 300 bucks and I couldn't pass it up at the time. It has so many features that are simple to learn and beautiful quality and is compatible with so many accessories I immediately equipped it with a light and a lens hood among many other things.
Summary: The size of the camera and the ease of use are fantastic. But what we found when filming our kids' sporting events was that we would get a nice sharply focused image, directly in the center of the picture, but outside of that, everything was blurry. There was nothing we could do to fix it.
Summary: After a good bit of research I decided on the Samsung H200. I used it with a 16GB class 6 SDHC and had no issues at all. Purchased camera to video tape family events and kids sports events. Camcorder had no issues recording kids soccer games and the video quality was better than I had expected.
Summary: Saw this camera in 2 different stores, and liked it, however both said they couldn't get a 2nd battery for it. I looked online and Amazon had both for a reasonable price, so I ordered both. While waiting for its arrival I was browsing reviews of it online.
Has potential but poor quality control makes it a gamble

Summary: The Samsung HMX-H200 series of digital camcorders (HMX-200, HMX-203, HMX-204, HMX-205) provide a robust set of features in an increasingly crowded field of similarly sized camcorders in the under $500 price range.
Great camera overall but mic performance is subpar

Summary: Excelent entry level camcorder. The Time Lapse feature is cool. Can change video resolution to save space (these two features where the main reason I choose this model). The free software works well for amateurs and semi-pro (better than I expected).
Summary: This camera claims to have full hd. But don't be fooled, it only supports 1080i/60i. It would have been much nicer if it was 1080p. Also the image quality is mediocre thanks to it's new bsi cmos sensor. Now for the 2 main problems i encountered that made this camera almost unusable. 1.
Summary: Avoid Samsung branded camcorders at all cost, they just can't match up to the quality of panasonic, canon, sony and JVC. I've owned several HD camcorders, and to be honest most samsung HD camcorders are worse than leading brand SD camcorders.
