  • Summary: If you are thinking of buying this camcorder to get nice looking HD video from a great camera, you might as well close the page now. However, If you feel like hearing WHY you should do this, please keep reading. Pros: - Ease of use - Swivel handle - Touchscreen - Looks cool? grea....cant finish, not enough battery

Arthur G "hunterhawk'13", Amazon
17 May 2010
  • Summary: annoying red light that will blind anyone you are trying to film. very distracting! (red light says its recording) pros- auto cover close great handle for good angles. clean zooms, good sound and video quality. super small and light. feels like a toy. great carrying case comes with. and all the wires for computer, outlet, and even tv! biggest con is just the low low low battery life. 1 hour is all you get.

Thought it'd be better.

K. Powell "kp", Amazon
27 December 2009
  • Summary: I bought it as a Christmas present for my wife so we could document her 1st pregnancy. She opened her gift first and thought it'd be a good idea to record the rest of the family opening their gifts. After everyone was finished with all the festivities she and I decided to upload the video and watch it on our 50" 1080p Samsung DLP. Ugghhh... it was so grainy and the low light was HORRIBLE! I recommend doing what we did, exchanging it for a Canon VIXIA HF200.

XP NOT supported

Robert "Robert", Amazon
2 November 2009
  • Summary: This might be a great camera but it does NOT support Windows XP. Took me an hour and half to get to the right tech support at Sam Sung to Admit it doesn not work. They recommend you buy Cyberlink to make it work. In a nutshell, uses a proprietary format. According to manual and basic tech support codecs and editing program supposed to load from camera via USB on Connection. However does not with XP and no work arround, no codec available for download.
