Ain't a super camcorder but seems to do the job at the price

Summary: I like the compact nature of these small camcorders. I had a FLIP that one day just stopped working. This one has better features and is easier to operate than the FLIP. In particular, I like the photo feature and the short USB extension cord. Certainly the learning curve is greater with this unit than with the FLIP.
Summary: NOT ONLY DID THEY SEND THE WRONG ITEM- THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM 5 STARS IF THEY SENT ME THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE COST BACK. THEY WANTED THE REVIEW BEFORE SENDING ME MY REFUND. I OBVIOUSLY DECLINED AS THEY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED. THIS WAS A GIFT, SO AN EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION. BAD SERVICE- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
Summary: I have a really nice but older Camcorder (sits on your shoulder) and needed a newer, smaller, easier to use one. This one just fit the bill including the flip out lens to take self pictures (when you take the pics your never in the shots). I really like the built in software feature, just plug it into the computer and it runs automaticly. And the portablity means it can come with me anywhere. I already have a small carring case that I use for cell phone, papers, etc.
Summary: Worked for about 10 minutes. Next time I turned it on it shut off after 2 seconds, and does that every time now. Warrantee is no good if you don't have the original purchasers receipt. They want more to fix it than I paid for it.
Summary: I wanted a small video camera that would take more video than my digital camera. I asked for this one because you could turn the lens around and film yourself. I have only used the camera for 4 short test videos because it stopped working. I sent it in for repair and they confirmed the battery was not working.
Summary: Well I got this in April. The problems started immediately with the software. I run Vista on a new computer. There shouldn't have been any software problems, but every time I plugged the thing in the software tried to reinstall itself. Most of the time it didn't work and I had to manually copy and paste the videos and images. Now tonight, Christmas Eve, I discover that the video portion no longer functions for some odd reason. 8 months. 8 months this thing worked!
Summary: I am quite happy with my EZ300HD RCA Camcorder. It has everything I wanted... rechargeable battery, portable, and a memory card expansion slot. I have not used the slot though, the 2GB internal memory has been enough for me so far. Of course the picture is not as amazing as one of the high-end expensive HD camcorders, but it's perfect for what I wanted. I enjoy using it and I'm probably going to sell my DVD Camcorder.
