Ain't a super camcorder but seems to do the job at the price

Summary: I like the compact nature of these small camcorders. I had a FLIP that one day just stopped working. This one has better features and is easier to operate than the FLIP. In particular, I like the photo feature and the short USB extension cord.
Summary: NOT ONLY DID THEY SEND THE WRONG ITEM- THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM 5 STARS IF THEY SENT ME THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE COST BACK. THEY WANTED THE REVIEW BEFORE SENDING ME MY REFUND. I OBVIOUSLY DECLINED AS THEY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED. THIS WAS A GIFT, SO AN EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF THE QUESTION.
Summary: I have a really nice but older Camcorder (sits on your shoulder) and needed a newer, smaller, easier to use one. This one just fit the bill including the flip out lens to take self pictures (when you take the pics your never in the shots).
Summary: Worked for about 10 minutes. Next time I turned it on it shut off after 2 seconds, and does that every time now. Warrantee is no good if you don't have the original purchasers receipt. They want more to fix it than I paid for it.
Summary: I wanted a small video camera that would take more video than my digital camera. I asked for this one because you could turn the lens around and film yourself. I have only used the camera for 4 short test videos because it stopped working.
Summary: Well I got this in April. The problems started immediately with the software. I run Vista on a new computer. There shouldn't have been any software problems, but every time I plugged the thing in the software tried to reinstall itself.
