Fun Camera!

faytroxell, Ebay
2 January 2010
  • Summary: My 12 & 11 year olds are loving this camera. Very easy for them to use - they just plug it right in to their dvd player and watch their videos. The picture quality isn't the greatest - - I wouldn't get this for an adult. The quality is perfect for the kids though. Just a little grainy on our tv. This is a fantastic product for 14 or younger.

Aim and shoot

J. Wildman, Amazon
9 December 2009
  • Summary: Great little camera with easy to use operation and good picture and video quality. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I couldn't figure out how to save the video to my computer. I could watch it but not save it. I don't know about the battery life because after the 1 event I wanted recorded I gave the camera to my son. Instructions are just a little too sparse.

Good for the money.

Sharon A. Frausto, Amazon
21 March 2009
  • Summary: This the cam if you want to take home videos. Not great for long distance, outdoor but does a good job for indoor. I bought it to take videos of the baby to upload to friends and family. I have a full sized cam but it's too big and difficult when I just want to capture a short video. This is easy, quick and a more than adequate job for the money. I've already had several friends ask where to get it.

Nice little camera

C. A. Probasco, Amazon
19 March 2009
  • Summary: This is a nice little camera for a doting gramma like me to take movies of the grandkids. My old camcorder is not supported by Vista and I still haven't figured out a way to download my old videos to my new laptop. As most of my videos are of short duration of something incredibly cute being done by a toddler, I thought this would be very handy and inexpensive. Plus, it is compatible with Vista. It is very easy to use and takes both video and stills, a nice feature.

Mighty Wonderful Cam

Bert Anderson, Amazon
30 January 2009
  • Summary: After a few practice sessions at home, I recorded close to an hour of a play reading from a close-in seat in a private home. I swung the mighty small wonder around as each actor read the lines of Albee's "Goat." In web mode, the quality of the picture is more than acceptable, given that there was no special lighting, in fact a little less lighting then usual.

RCA's Small Wonder = Big Value

D. L. Thompson, Amazon
11 January 2009
  • Summary: The RCA Small Wonder is exactly the hand-held camcorder I've been waiting for. It's simple to use, compact, has outstanding picture quality, a good sized preview screen and simple-to-use features and software. The preview screen can flip out so you can see what you are recording, which is nice if you're recording yourself from arms length. The built in USB adapter makes connection to PCs quick and easy - no cable to carry with you!

economical camera for a novice

Kathleen L. Taylor "just an average mom", Amazon
31 December 2008
  • Summary: I ordered this camera Monday, and it was waiting in my mailbox today, Wednesday. The hardest part of setup was getting the camera and accessories out if the packaging. For the most part, installing batteries and initial use was self-explanatory. My 4 1/2 year old daughter LOVED making a movie of her pet cat. It was pretty easy for me to save video to my computer, and upload to the web, although the included software kept locking up on me.
